Beginners Yoga Classes

Every Saturday, 11:00 AM - Noon

Starting June 29th Beginners' Yoga classes will run every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Ease into a regular yoga practice with gentler classes with a focus on pose structure and modification, breath, alignment, and class flow. Four to eight beginners' classes will prepare you for any all-levels yoga class. Even more practiced yogis will benefit from the in-depth instruction on the dynamics of an effective yoga practice.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
